At Shethji, we want you to have a smooth shopping experience. This policy explains order cancellation, returns, and refunds.
1. Order Cancellation by Customer
You may cancel an order from your account only while the order status is Pending or Confirmed.
- Once the order is Packed, Shipped, Out for Delivery, or Delivered, customer cancellation is not available online.
- To cancel, go to My Orders, open the order, and use the Cancel Order option.
- Upon successful cancellation, product stock is restored and the order status is updated to Cancelled.
2. Cancellation by Shethji
We reserve the right to cancel orders due to product unavailability, pricing errors, address issues, or suspected fraud. Any amount paid will be refunded as per the payment method used.
3. Refunds
- Cash on Delivery (COD): No upfront payment is collected for standard COD orders cancelled before dispatch.
- Online payments: Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
4. Returns
Returns are accepted for damaged, defective, wrong, or expired products reported within 7 days of delivery with supporting images.
5. Non-Returnable Items
- Products with broken seals or signs of use
- Items damaged due to improper storage after delivery
- Products marked as non-returnable on the product page
6. Return Process
- Contact us at info@shreejifmcg.com with your order number and issue description.
- Our team will verify eligibility and provide return instructions.
- After inspection, approved refunds or replacements will be processed.
7. Shipping Charges
Free shipping applies on orders above ₹499. Shipping charges on eligible refund cases may be adjusted at Shethji’s discretion.
8. Order Status Reference
- Pending / Confirmed — Cancellation allowed by customer
- Packed — Cancellation not available online; contact support
- Shipped / Out for Delivery — Cannot cancel online
- Delivered — Return request may apply under Section 4
